By accessing or using MeAndLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeAndLink provides creators with a personalized page to aggregate and share their online links, social media profiles, and content. The Service includes link management, analytics, and optional paid features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Creator pages require a $5 USD monthly subscription to be publicly visible.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store your payment information.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Tips sent to creators are processed directly via PayPal and are non-refundable through MeAndLink.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Share illegal, harmful, or infringing content or links.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malware distribution.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on your MeAndLink page. By using the Service, you grant MeAndLink a non-exclusive license to display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

MeAndLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
